 All order over $100 and all express orders will require signature confirmation at delivery .

Shipping of orders in excess of $200

All orders in excess of $200 being shipped to new customers MUST ship to the billing address of the credit card being used.

If Pay Pal is being used by a new customer it must have a "verified" account and be shipping to a "confirmed" address with Pay Pal.


 Inventory

The Nitrohouse.com website is unable to display current inventory quantities. 

 Shipping

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Irvine CA via UPS or USPS. We will try to ship the same day on orders received by 2 PM PST but may be shipped the following day. All orders paid with credit card must ship to the billing address of that card or to an approved (by your credit card company) alternate "ship to address". UPS delivers Monday thru Friday (Saturday deliveries are extra and can only be requested by telephone). For more details on UPS policies call (800) 744-7877 or go to http://www.ups.com/ .

Express Shipping

Be aware that when you request express shipping that the days to arrive starts with the next day. (example) 3 day shipping placed on a Monday will arrive on a Thursday!!!  Weekends are not considered shipping days.

***Small orders of one pound or less & under $100 can be shipped via USPS (priority mail) upon request.***

An order that exceeds these requirements will be switched to UPS ground shipping.

 

California Orders

Since Nitrohouse is located in Southern California orders within CA but South of San Francisco that are shipped UPS ground will take one day. Northern California orders and orders shipping to Nevada, Utah & Arizona are just 2 days when shipped UPS ground.

Free Shipping Myth

Don't be fooled by this on other sites. Read the fine print and you will see it does not cover sale items. A sale item is anything sold for less than retail price.  Is anything sold at retail?

Returning Items

We at Nitrohouse.com do our best to make sure you receive the exact merchandise you order in a timely manner. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase under the following guidelines.

Returns Policy

Returned merchandise must in New and Unused condition and in its original packaging.

No returns on used or opened items.

Return credit must be issued in the manner of the original payment (returns of credit card orders will only be refunded to the credit card account of the original purchase).

Customers are responsible for shipping on all returns. You must take care in packaging so we receive the packages in undamaged condition.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless store credit is requested.

Returns on orders paid by COD are eligible for store credit only.

Incorrect Parts

We do everything we can to insure you receive the correct part but mistakes do happen.If we ship the wrong part, we will pick it up and replace it. The replacement part will be shipped when we receive the incorrect part returned. Please let us know immediately if you receive the wrong part by calling 949-830-0304.

Defective Merchandise

All defective or missing merchandise or parts are warranted or serviced through the manufacturer only.

Damaged Merchandise

If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives at your door, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted the package and then discover it has been damaged call us immediately. We'll handle form here. Be sure to save all paperwork and packaging material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing a claim. Please do not return damaged in shipment merchandise yourself, it could jeopardize your claim and keep you from receiving credit for the return.

Lost Boxes

If you feel a box has been lost in transit, please call us immediately. We will initiate the trace with the shipper. A claim number will be issued if the carrier does not show delivery within 10 days of scheduled delivery date. Credit will be issued for the missing merchandise when we obtain the claim number from the carrier.

Exchanges

If you are requesting another item in exchange for returned merchandise, and if that item is a different price, please indicate how you wish to or be credited for the difference. Either credit card or store credit

You must contact us to receive a return merchandise number (RMA#)
