Pending

When an order is "pending" it means we have not yet begun to fill the order.

Processing

When your order is in the processing status it means that we have begun to fill or process your order. This includes the approval process.

Shipped

Means that your order has been processed & approved and is in the shipping department ready to go.

Cancelled

Speaks for itself. Either you have cancelled or we have cancelled the order.

BackOrdered

Means that a part or parts you ordered are not currently instock or may be in route to Nitrohouse. At the customers request we have back ordered the parts for them and upon there arrival we will notify them by e-mail of there availability and begin the shipping process. The customer is not charged for the order until the order is shipped.
